Flowers do something no other tuft can: they break up a base that has gone monotone. A miniature standing on green grass over brown earth reads as a single mass at tabletop distance. A few red, yellow, or purple blooms create a focal point and make the base read as a place. This is why mixing flower tufts amongst your ground cover is the fastest way to add variance to a landscape — and it works especially well on models with restrained color schemes, where the base carries the visual interest.

Each flower tuft is roughly 3.5mm wide at the base and widens toward the top, on 6mm fibers. Packs contain a single flower color or a curated mix, and every tuft is self-adhesive. Pair them with our grass tufts for the green layer, basing grit for texture underneath, or set them into texture paste while it’s still wet.

Tabletop Terrain

The secret to having beautiful tabletop terrain is to add variance to your landscape. Mixing in flower tufts amongst the ground cover is the easiest way to achieve this effect.
