Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on new and unused items purchased directly from this website, no questions asked!

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date listed on the tracking details. If your RMA is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. Refunds do not include the original shipping charge. If the item(s) appears to have been opened, used, or is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, up to the entire cost of the item(s).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to update you about the status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Import Refusal

If you refuse to accept the import and/or brokerage fees, the shipping company will charge us to return the package. This charge will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it ships for a partial refund. Refunds for canceled orders do not include the payment processing fee, as this is not returned to us by the payment processor.
