With volcanic Crackle Paste, obtain a crackle for volcano and lava effects

Each of our textural, crackle pastes uses a unique recipe in order to best recreate specific aspects of our natural environments. Use on your miniature base or terrain feature directly from the container. For best results, apply our texture paste in an even 1-3mm layer using a small palette knife and allow to air dry. Crackle will begin forming in up to 12 hours. Allow up to 3 days for full crackle depth to form. Keep the lid sealed tight when not in use.

I really like using this stuff, it lets you achieve some really cool effects. When applying it, try to not go in a super smooth layer, slather it on for best results. Also, ive found for best results put a thin layer of hobby glue (pva), let it dry just 5 minutes or so, then spread the crackle. Leads to more dramatic crackling in my opinion. Awesome stuff!
