Returns

We accept returns on new and unused items purchased directly from this website. The request must be made within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return is received, we will send an email to update you about the status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds do not include the original shipping charge.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it ships for a partial refund. Refunds for canceled orders do not include the payment processing fees.
